Stella McCartney is a British fashion designer and is the daughter of former Beatles member, Paul McCartney (Sir Paul McCartney) and Linda McCartney (American musician and photographer as well as a strong animal rights activist).
Stella's career and accolades are quite detailed. Therefore, her full background can be found on Wikipedia. I will say, though, that Stella McCartney's design history is impressive - beginning at age 13 with a jacket and a haute couture collection at age 16.
